Paul Donnelly BA (Hons) Msc

Director

|
Paul Donnelly has a first degree in Social & Public
Administration and a Master's in Applied Social Science. He has
been a Director of Donnelly-Hall Ltd for 8 years. Mr Donnelly's
background is in the public service, academia and consultancy. Until
recently he was the Chair of the Independent Police Complaints Board
of Northern Ireland. He has extensive experience in the development
and implementation of anti-poverty strategies, health and human
services reform, higher education and law enforcement oversight.
Paul's skills are underpinned with a high degree of competence in
partnership building, policy formulation, strategic planning, organisational
development and capacity building, and supporting the professional
development of leaders. He is also an experienced project manager
and able social researcher, having written numerous publications
and research reports. Paul has worked in Ireland, UK, Kosovo, Macedonia,
Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Romania, USA, and Australia.

Paul Donnelly's professional qualities are the demonstrated
ability to initiate, support and evaluate change within government,
public policy, management and leadership, particularly but not
exclusively, in areas of:
